About PIRC
Our Mission
To increase parent involvement in children’s education by providing information, resources, training, and, support, so these young learners can succeed both in school and in life.
Our Objectives
- To develop parent involvement policies, programs, and activities;
- To help parents communicate and partner with teacher, administrators and other school personnel;
- To develop community outreach activities in the different villages to help parents become better teachers of their own children.
- To help parents of all cultures, teach and train their young preschoolers, so they are ready with the skills needed to enter school.
Our Vision Statement
The Guam Parent Information Resources Center will work with parents, schools, and the community, to help children achieve academic and social success that will ultimately improve the quality of life for all on Guam.
